Mr. Cimino is a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam and served on the
editorial board of the law review of his law school, St. Louis
University School of Law.
From law school graduation in 1974 through 1979, Mr. Cimino
practiced law with the largest law firm in Omaha, Nebraska,
gaining valuable experience as a corporate and securities attorney.
He moved on to smaller firms in Nebraska and Kansas, before
relocating with his wife and four children to Naples, Florida
in 1993.
Mr. Cimino was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He has 9
brothers and sisters. He graduated from Creighton Preparatory
High School in 1965, from the University of Notre Dame in 1969
with a degree in business administration, and from St. Louis
University School of Law in 1974 with his Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Cimino served in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam veteran.
He is a member of the Florida, Nebraska and Kansas state bar
associations, as well as the Collier
County Bar Association.
He has practiced law for over 30 years. He has practiced actively
and exclusively in Florida since 1994.
Mr. Cimino and his staff are dedicated to providing competent
